HISTORY

American Admin, Inc. was founded by Ramona Mathany, who also owns and operates All Star Labor & Staffing. She has over 27 years of experience in the PEO industry. Ramona has developed a strong, professional team to help small and mid-sized businesses manage their employment needs. American Admin, Inc. has helped hundreds of owners in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Arizona manage their employees.

Ramona Mathany

President and CEO

Ramona Mathany, started American Admin in 1997 and our staffing division, All Star Labor & Staffing in 2009. Ramona earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Portland. She has over 26 years in the PEO (Professional Employment Organization) and Recruiting Industry with a proven track record of recognizing the needs of clients and offering unique solutions to meet their needs. Ramona has expertise in all areas of the insurance industry and human resources. Ramona is an avid paddle boarder and loves spending time with her husband and four children on their farm.

Pam Noland

CONTROLLER

Pam joined American Admin in February of 2019.  Pam earned her Accounting degree at the University of Oregon and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She brings 25 years of accounting and finance experience to her position as Controller.  Prior to joining American Admin, she has worked at large corporations, a small CPA firm and owned her own accounting/bookkeeping business.  Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her 3 teenage boys, and loves anything outdoors. In her free time you are likely to find her running, biking, or kayaking to stay healthy.

Adam Stephens, PHR

Vice President OF OPERATIONS

As the Vice President of Operations, Adam’s primary focus is overseeing our human resources and all operations for our staffing division, All Star Labor & Staffing. Adam has over 20 years of extensive operations experience in manufacturing and supply-chain management. A native of Alabama, Adam moved to the West Coast in 2004 where he worked as a Program Manager in the Biotech Industry. Adam earned his Associate Professional Human Resources (aPHR) in 2017 and his PHR in 2020. In his free time Adam is most likely enjoying kayaking, working-out, or some other adrenaline producing activity. He is an artist and loves to travel!

Lianne Johnston

PEO MANAGER

Lianne joined American Admin in 2012, bringing over 15 years of experience in payroll, HR, administrative operations, and customer service. Within her role, she manages the daily operations of Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Administrative Support for the PEO. While striving to maintain a level of excellence, her attention to detail, organizational skills, and service focused approach have led to successful partnerships within her team and client connections. In her spare time, she enjoys dates with the hubby (new empty nesters), BBQing with family and friends, game nights, traveling, and spending time with her fur babies – Rocky (Jack Russel Terrier), Ruby and Bambam (Pugs).

Diana Clapp

HR & BENEFITS MANAGER

Diana Clapp joined American Admin as the HR & Benefits Manager in 2019. Her Benefits and HR Management comes from multiple companies over 25 years, 20 of which have been in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry.  Her depth of experience working with small and large employers, many carriers, and different plans across multiple industries is invaluable. Diana was born and raised in Oregon. When she is not working, Diana loves to cook, entertain family and friends, and ride their Harley with her husband. One might consider her the crazy cat lady with 3 of them at home, but they are one of the things that bring her great joy.

Marlyse Murdoch

CLIENT SUPPORT MANAGER

Marlyse joined us in 2015 as an Account Manager for our staffing division, All Star Labor & Staffing after relocating to Oregon from the Bay Area. Capitalizing on Marlyse’s extensive customer service experience she was promoted to Client Support Manager for American Admin in 2016. In this role, she manages our Implementation and Workers Compensation Insurance. She also serves as Godmother to all our office dogs! Outside of work, Marlyse enjoys spending time with her husband, their 6 giant dogs, camping, and trying local breweries.

Brianne Klepper

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Brianne brings 16 years of payroll and HR experience to American Admin. Brianne worked for us from 2003 – 2006 and then re-joined our team in 2016 as Payroll Specialist. She earned an Accounting and Business Management degree and previously worked as a Staff Accountant. She prides herself in giving exceptional service to all of our clients and delivering accurate and timely payrolls. In her time away from work she enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband and two daughters, reading (historical fiction is a favorite), watching movies (I love Pixar), and snacking (Junior Mints please!).

Dianne Vlaisavich

Workers Comp Manager/ Hr Assistant

Diane earned her BA in Communications with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Oregon, and has 30 years’ experience in HR, Sales, Account Management, Training, Customer Service, and Administration. Most recently she spent 15 years as the Owner and Director of an Early Education Program for young children, managing all aspects of the business. When she is not working, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and their two college-age children, running, hiking, coffee with friends, reading and cooking.

Sasha Musulf

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Sasha joined us in 2019 as a Payroll Specialist. She comes with many years of account management experience in the logistics industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration & management with a minor in human resources. Sasha enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, baking and cake decorating as well as traveling every chance she gets.

Berenice Edwards

Payroll Specialist

Berenice joined our company in 2014 as the Front Office Coordinator for our Staffing Division, All Star Labor & Staffing. Shortly after starting that position she was recognized for her attention to detail and promoted to Payroll Specialist. In 2020 Berenice transitioned to our PEO Division, American Admin. In this role she is responsible for processing the payroll for all our PEO clients. In her free time, Berenice loves spending time with her son and husband.

Amy Elder

Client Support and payroll specialist

Amy joined our Accounting team in 2019. She comes to us with 30+ years of administrative experience in a variety of fields including high tech, real estate, and financial services. In her role she manages the payroll for our temporary employees and sales and client support in our PEO division. Amy has been married for 30 years, and is a mom to 4 children. She is active with her church, and enjoys being a spectator at her children’s many activities.
