Ramona Mathany, who owns and operates American Admin, has over 15 years of experience in the Employee Leasing Industry.
Ramona has developed a strong, professional team to help small and mid-sized businesses manage their employment needs. American Admin (PEO) currently is helping over 100 business owners manage their employees.
Why we do it...
When your employees become part of our larger pool of employees we can manage the necessary needs of their employment for less time and money in most situations.
Many employers did not get into business to become employers which has led them into being a tax collector, payroll specialist, benefits administrator, insurance analyst, workers compensation safety professional, garnishee of wages, or even a social worker, but we did. Our entire staff has spent years staying within state and federal guidelines for thousands of employees in Oregon.
The process of what we do...
What actually happens? It is a simple process. We take your employees and put them under our federal and state tax identification numbers and lease them back to you.
In the process we become co-employers. You still guide and direct your employees daily activities and we take on all the fiduciary responsibilities of being the employer.
